As a business owner, marketing is something that is always on my mind. And the right CRM is a powerful tool for any email marketing campaign. My favorite CRM is Insightly because it enables sales, project, contact and lead management all together. I have set up hundreds of businesses on Insightly and I use it in my everyday work as well. Insightly does a great job managing leads when they are ready for a sale. However, it has not had the capacity to really warm up leads and walk them through a customer journey until now.

4 Levels of Email Marketing
Email marketing can be broken down into four different levels. While you may use one of these levels independently, they can also by used in combination. Each level nurtures your leads in different ways and has different opportunities for automation. The four different levels of email marketing are:
- Sending out one email at a time through gmail or outlook, possibly using Insightly templates.
- Sending out email blasts to a list.
- Autoresponder campaigns with a targeted email sequence.
- Customer journey based on how your leads respond.
No matter where you are, Insightly’s marketing platform can help you with all four levels of email marketing. But it is especially powerful for level 4 customer journeys. And when combined with the functionality of Insightly CRM, there are even more options for optimization and automation. Marketing campaigns can connect to your lead management activities and trigger the next step as what happens in one platform impacts what happens in the other platform.
